It is rare nowadays that you experience such awesome customer service . I was made to feel like family from the instant I entered their practice. I am 57 years old and have visited different dentists over the years . Never have I had such a great experience meeting a dentist . The staff is very personable and caring. They are polite and professional. Dr. Cote, his assistant and my dental hygienist (Melanie) are the best. They treat me well and take good care of my teeth. Today was my first visit to Bronx Periodontics and Dental Implants and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Cote is extremely attentive and friendly and so is his staff. I had a cleaning which I must say was the best I have ever had ! The office is state of the art !

What can I say no one likes going to the dentist. However this amazing office is full of amazing people. No judgments at all. Doctors don't look down at you and don't say well you should've done this or that. They just assess the situation and tell what to do going forward. Dr Cote is extremely good. Very funny and makes the visits there bearable. The staff is beyond helpful. Great energy and the all staff is very knowledgeable. Had my procedure and when completed Dr Cote when over everything in detail and called me the next day to see how I was faring. This is the norm there. Love the staff, love the office it has parking down the block for free so it's great. Highly recommend this place I have been going here since 2006 before Dr Cote was there and I must say I have no complaints.

I absolutely loved Dr. Cote, I was a nervous wreck when I arrived in the office, (because of prior bad experience with a Periodontist) , but Dr. Cote made me feel extremely comfortable. If he didn’t care about me as a patient, I couldn’t tell. (LOL) Thanks Dr. C Also, The staff that works there are so people oriented. They make you feel cared about and that allays a lot of the fear that one usually experience.
