Wonderful! I was received by a new dental hygienist because my previous one moved. And I came in with two issues that were concerning me. Fortunately, she, the hygienist, listened carefully, and then demonstrated great skill in her work. Her friendly nature put me at ease. I've been coming here now for a few years. Excellent place, and Dr. Cote is great!

Excellent and professional staff all around including, of course, Dr. Cote. Today Dorian was great at front desk. Periodontist Renee a very methodical practitioner. A very good experience today. I have not yet met Dr. Arsuaga.

The dentist’s are very good and care about your gum health. The new receptionist was kind and helpful and very professional. It’s nice to have someone cheerful at the front desk. The hygienist was very gentle and told me how to clean my teeth better.

Besides the best customer service ever! I love that they know what their doing they always give the best care and best recommendations if needed. I recommend for any one to come here if they need help maintaining their gums healthy or they want implants. Wouldn't recommend no where else.

Went for my two procedures recently (one side each time) and had a really good experience. Staff took their time to properly prep, review my case before getting started and walk me through everything that was next. Pain levels were very low each time and feel such a difference with my teeth, gums and oval oral health. Staff took the time to share info on other oral cleaning recommendations and answer my questions. Been a long time since I’ve felt this comfortable with speaking, etc. Have my follow up in a few weeks and will post again. Anyone going through this should really take a chance to check them out.

I’ve never been excited about going to the dentist till I found this place. The staff is so welcoming, nonjudgmental, knowledgeable and really take their time to make sure you understand your own situation and options. They welcome questions and really discuss matters with you to understand one’s situation. Dr. Cote really takes the time to explain things and makes you look forward to your next visit. They also walked me through what my insurance would cover and what my fees would be in a very professional way which has not always been my experience. While I did have to come out of pocket for part of this visit, I felt it was worth the cost to get a better/honest response about my gums and overall oral hygiene. It was such a relief to finally find a dental place such as this! I will post another after my next visit as I have a few more to go for my procedures. I hope this helps anyone also suffering from oral gum issues.

I am so disappointed of Dr. COTE. DURING MY VISIT TO THE CLINIC TODAY I ASKED HIM A QUESTION ABOUT MY INSURANCE COVERAGE. HE CAME FROM INSIDE THE GLASS PARTITION TO SHOW ME THE AMOUNTS OF MONEY MY INSURANCE COMPANY COVERED FOR MY TREAMENT. HE SAID BETWEEN HIS TEETH: I DON'T EVEN BELIEVE YOU WERE A TEACHER. IMMEDIATELY I ASKED; WHAT DID YOU SAID? HE JUST TRIED TO CORRECT HIS FROIDIAN SLEEP AND SAID SOMETHING ELSE. THINK ABOUT HOW YOU REALLY FEEL BEFORE LETTING YOUR REAL FEELING BE ENUNCIATED. YOU ARE SMATR AND EDUCATED; SO MANY OTHER S ARE TOO.
